• Provide a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) letter for verification

How to Apply

• Business name and location
• Type of retail establishment
• Copy of your EIN letter
• Products you're interested in carrying

Once your application is approved, we'll send you a unique wholesale discount code to use on orders of $1,000 or more.
